Double-row cylindrical roller bearings are capable of sustaining high radial loads through two rows of rollers. They are produced in various designs, with a cylindrical and tapered hole, with a brass and plastic cage or completely without cage but with the maximum number of rollers. Highly durable sealed double-row cylindrical roller bearings are also available.

Full-complement cylindrical rolling bearings have an even higher load capacity but are not suitable for higher speeds.
